District Governor Roberto Castillo along with the San Felipe Lions Club invites you to the 2019 District Convention to be held in beautiful Del Rio, Texas, the Queen City of the Rio Grande. This year we have two very special events and guests for our convention. PCC TJ Tijerina will be attending and campaigning for a spot as an International Director. Also set to attend will be Past International President Sid L. Scruggs, III (2010-2011) from Vass, North Carolina. PIP Scruggs will serve as keynote speaker at Saturday night’s dinner.
